How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak sale periods or new collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, headwear and socks cannot be returned.
How should I care for my Ziggy Lou™ knitwear?
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend a cold gentle hand wash with mild wool detergent. Avoid soaking, bleaching, or tumble drying. Always dry flat in the shade to maintain the garment's shape.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
